We want you to love your saree as much as we loved creating it. But if something isn’t perfect, we’ve got you covered!

Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • The product should be free from any perfume, stains, makeup, or damage.

  • Customized orders, stitched blouses, sarees with fall & pico, and discounted/sale items are not eligible for returns.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Certain categories cannot be returned due to their nature:

  • Customized sarees or blouses stitched on request.

  • Sarees with fall/pico done at your request.

  • Products purchased during sale/discount/clearance events.

  • Accessories, gift cards, and vouchers.

  • Any product that shows signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received, it will go through a quality check at our warehouse.

  • If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed through bank transfer or store credit, as per your choice.

  • Please note: Shipping, COD charges, and any alteration charges are non-refundable.
